PRINTED BY: Grafiche I.G.A.P. in Rome, Italy Cicily
AGE: Dated 1923, lithographed

CONDITION: B+, Linen mounted, some tiny flecks of brown discoloration in the edge border, barely noticeable unless scrutinized very closely. At one time this poster had tin strips at top and bottom, so tiny rust marks are on very edges, which would be unnoticeable with framing. A very beautiful old stone lithograph!
This is a beautiful smaller format 12 × 18 inch Art Deco Sicilian liquor or beverage poster. It depicts an allegorical figure of Mercury with international flags and a glass of Sicilian Marsala in his hand, which is a wine produced in the region surrounding the Italian city of Marsala, Sicily. Beautiful and ready for framing. We have only one, no more when gone.
Size: 12 × 18 inches
